One of the other original families that settled in Shrewsbury was the Good Family.  The family was very active in the community and in helping maintain and keep the local churches active and the buildings in repair.  Pat was a well known local artist.  Robin and Jimmy were close friends and attended high school together in Lachute.

Pat Good had a long running battle with cancer and passed away in 1977.  Her husband Clarence was killed in a traffic accident in 1975.  Both are buried in the small cenetary behind St. John's Church in Shrewsbury.

The following are sketches of four small churches in the area, drawn by Pat Good in the early 1970s. These sketches were used on Christmas Cards that were sold to help support these churches.
